Why is our organization not in the list of eligible nominees?

Only members of the Alliance Network are eligible to be nominees of the AcadArena Awards. Membership to the Alliance Network is formalized by a signed Memorandum of Agreement between the organization and AcadArena.

Our organization has an MOU but is not on the list of eligible nominees. What can we do?

If your organization is not on the list despite having a signed MOU with AcadArena, kindly open a ticket in the Alliance Discord to raise this concern to the AcadArena Team.

Do the number of nominations count towards the criteria for the selection of finalists?

No, the number of nominations received by an organization, event, or person is not considered in the criteria. There will be a separate voting phase for the finalists where the number of votes received will have a bearing on the selection of the winner.

Can our organization, campus, or officers campaign for its members or students to vote?

How can our organization qualify for the AcadArena Awards?

Alliance Network organizations during the academic school year. You may apply to join the Alliance Network by clicking the link here and all your organization’s projects and programs from August 2024 - August 2025 will be counted towards the next year’s AcadArena Awards.
