LAGUNA, Philippines – Mindanao’s Xavier University-Ateneo De Cagayan XCEED swept Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF) - Panthera Esports in a best-of-5 finals securing the region’s first championship at the Alliance Games S4 Nationals for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB)

XCEED noted how they trained for over a year prior to the tournament and even scrimmaged against University of the Philippines (UP) - Oblation Esports to prepare for Nationals. The Ateneans are well-known in their local scene that they were even often banned from competing in some grassroots tournaments. 

They look forward to playing again next season alongside their fellow student-gamers and hope to gain more appreciation and recognition for the Mindanao region.
