AcadArena Alliance has Org Development Gamified
Unifying different student organizations across the country into one umbrella program is a daunting task. AcadArena introduced a star-system to set a standard on how to gauge support and rewards for these different student initiatives.
All of the 28 student organizations are presented quests that they can do in order to unlock more perks and rewards.
“We’re like a student affairs office but for any student organization who wishes to do esports in our program,” Co-founder and Director of Student Programs, Ariane Lim, describes. “We want to emulate how schools approach education through extracurricular but with an esports twist.”
The perks received by the members vary based on their accreditation level. They are ranked as 1-Star, 2-Star, and 3-Star members. It’s possible for members to go down and up a level depending on their performance for the year.
“Our support per Alliance member goes up to the tens of thousands in pesos every year, sometimes every month. We want to make sure these resources are scaled and used wisely by the student leaders that can make a difference,” Ariane Lim adds.
Among the many perks enjoyed by members, 3-Star members have access to two special support services from AcadArena:
